4 Cucumber Slices

25mls Lime Juice

50mls Chester’s Gin

30mls Elderflower Cordial

Ice

Method

1. Muddle Cucumbers in shaker

2. Add 25mls Lime Juice

3. Add 30mls Elderflower Cordial

4. Add 50mls Chester’s Gin

5. Add Ice

6. Shake and double strain

GARNISH

Stick Rosemary through the middle of your Cucumber slice and serve in a Martini Glass
